Primary Functions
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, theBanquets Server/Porter is a food service professional overseeing each aspect of the banquet/catering function from setup through service to the tear down and cleanup. They supervise staff while liaising with the host to ensure guest satisfaction and will handle the immediate complaints/concerns of the customers. This position requires excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure, enabling you to provide genuine hospitality to our guests by delivering quality food and beverages in an efficient and consistent manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude and a SMILE.
The Banquets Server/Porter is required to maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full time position, minimum 30 hours/week.
