Outreach Marketing Executive

6-month fixed-term position. Remote.

Kaplan Test Prep is seeking a dynamic Outreach Marketing Executive to support the growth of its international business. The position is remote and part-time (3-4 days a week).

The Outreach Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement for our products. The role involves the creation and deployment of marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase traffic to the website, and increase revenue. Applicants must be detail-oriented with strong copywriting skills and a proven record in product marketing via multiple channels (website, social media, events). (S)he will work with remote or London-based marketing and sales teams and liaise with the US marketing teams as needed.

Responsibilities will include:

Execution of an outreach marketing strategy.

Thought leadership in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies.

Driving brand and product awareness via social media channels and influencers.

Building relationships with external partners for outreach objectives.

Support & guidance for brand ambassador.

Content creation (testimonials, videos, collateral).

Website copy and content updates.

Support for marketing events, both online and offline.

Competitor monitoring.

Achieving goals for lead generation, revenue, sales and other metrics.

Collaborating with Sales, Service, Academics, Digital and Product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Requirements for the position:

Bachelor's degree.

Prior experience in product and website marketing.

Prior experience in outreach via social media.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Contract period: February 2019 – July 2019
Salary: £27K annual pro rata
Flexibility: 24 hours spread over 3-4 days
