About the Position:
• Conduct research projects for your business unit to build strong knowledge of users and the product
• Conduct research consisting of hypothesis, foundational research, strategic testing, implementation, and monitoring
• Develop an understanding of your users, learn about their needs, and identify opportunities to delight them
• Demonstrate your understanding of our users and deliver two case studies per year
• Effectively prioritize your research efforts along with product goals
• Guide Product Managers and Product Designers in conducting research with a high degree of value; ensure research follows your defined and documented processes
• Demonstrate, explain, and teach others how to apply a range of research methods to extract both quantitative and qualitative data
• Actively contribute to the UX Research team culture, processes, and documentation
