We are seeking a SharePoint Developer to work in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Developer will oversee the SharePoint Portal Server infrastructure, user access and application deployment, in implementing SharePoint across the organization. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all web portal servers, equipment, and software related to SharePoint infrastructure

• Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections. Perform typical system administrative activities.   

• Coordinate with divisions in standardizing and optimizing the way data/information is stores and retrieved.  

• Work with team members to design and develop solutions to address business needs, opportunities, and propose changes that would make the SharePoint environment a more effective solution. Examine requirements documents and create technical design documents, unit test, system test and implementation plans for small to complex projects.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Math, or a Bachelor’s degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and five (5) years of related work experience in a computer science or math field
OR
Master’s Degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergrad or grad study in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and three (3) years related work experience in a computer science or math field

• Software applications such as: Microsoft SQL Server; ASP.NET; C#; HTML5/XHTML; CSS; JavaScript, or Windows Server 2012

• Troubleshooting skills, critical thinking, and the ability to interact with users of all levels of expertise and the ability to perform effectively in a team environment or individually and unsupervised, maintaining the security of information.

• Experience working within the development lifecycle/methodology and working on systems integration/infrastructure

• Experience with the development of secure web-based systems.
