Junior Graphic Designer

As Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing graphic elements across all PSN content (road cycling, off-road biking and triathlon). You will work on a variety of graphic design and artwork projects, the work will be varied, challenging and play to your creative strengths. 

You will report to the Creative Director and Graphic Designer and interpret and realise the creative vision for our content. You will work collaboratively within the team to produce high-quality content and uphold the expectation of creative excellence within the company. 

You will be a creative thinker and a multi-tasker. Someone with great communication skills and a desire to develop their skills. You must have a flexible approach to work, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail. Your portfolio will demonstrate experience with a range of programmes and materials, as well as examples of work that illustrate your ability to fulfil the following: 


  • Graphic design artwork, layout and image manipulation
  • Attractive and effective designs that support our content strategy and complement current branding
  • Create and update artwork for social media channels
  • Assist with special projects and internal assignments
  • Source and/or create photography, illustrations, and graphics for individual projects
  • Produce email newsletter, advertising and marketing communications design
  • Design for ecommerce products
  • Liaison with external print and creative suppliers
  • Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback

Skills required

  • Adept with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Able to use DSLR cameras
  • Creative flair and a good eye for detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistency regardless of project size
  • Good organisational and communication skills that support the rest of the team
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar from an accredited Art school or university.
