Play Sports Network (maison de GCN en Français) recherche un·e créateur·rice vidéo freelance talentueux·se pour rejoindre notre équipe à Bayonne et produire du contenu vidéo cycliste de haut niveau pour notre audience francophone en pleine croissance.

🚲 À propos du poste

En tant que Créateur·rice Vidéo, tu seras responsable de la production complète de contenus cyclistes — du tournage à la capture audio, jusqu’au montage, à la post-production et à la livraison des vidéos pour YouTube et nos réseaux sociaux. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec nos présentateurs français pour donner vie au vélo à l’écran de manière engageante et créative.

Ce rôle freelance est basé dans notre bureau de Bayonne, avec des opportunités de tournage en France, au Royaume-Uni, et à l’international.

🎬 Tes principales missions

• Filmer et monter du contenu vidéo de haute qualité, en studio comme en extérieur

• Capturer un son clair et propre sur le terrain

• Réaliser des montages percutants – en général de 3 à 5 minutes, parfois plus

• Collaborer avec les présentateurs et d’autres créateurs pour donner vie aux idées

• Gérer les rushs, organiser les fichiers, monter les versions brutes et finales

• Gérer les graphismes, le son, l’étalonnage et les éléments de post-production

• Utiliser avec soin le matériel de tournage, éclairage et montage de Play Sports Network

• Soutenir la publication, la mise en ligne et la promotion des contenus si nécessaire

• Contribuer ponctuellement aux publications sur les réseaux sociaux ou à la planification de la chaîne

🛠️ Compétences & expérience

Indispensable :

• Français natif ou courant, avec un bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en production vidéo (en studio ou freelance)

• À l’aise avec le tournage, l’éclairage et la prise de son

• Maîtrise d’Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro ou d’outils similaires

• Expérience du tournage sur le terrain, en autonomie ou en équipe

• Bonnes capacités de narration et souci du détail technique

• Permis de conduire, capacité à filmer à moto et à l’aise à vélo

Atouts supplémentaires :

• Véritable passion pour le cyclisme (route, gravel, VTT, etc.)

• Expérience en motion design ou en étalonnage

• Connaissance de YouTube et des formats vidéo pour les réseaux sociaux

Play Sports Network (home of GCN en Français) is looking for a talented freelance video creator to join our team in Bayonne, creating top-tier cycling video content for our fast-growing French-language audience.

🚲 About the Role

As a Video Creator, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end production of cycling content — from filming and audio capture to editing, post-production, and delivery for YouTube and social channels. You’ll work closely with our French presenters to bring cycling to life on screen in engaging, creative ways.

This freelance role will be based out of our Bayonne office, with opportunities to shoot on location in France, the UK, and internationally.

🎬 Your Key Responsibilities

• Shoot & Edit high-quality video content, both on location and in studio
  
  
• Capture on-location audio and ensure clean sound throughout
  
  
• Craft compelling edits – typically 3–5 mins – but sometimes longer projects
  
  
• Collaborate with presenters and other creators to bring ideas to life
  
  
• Manage raw footage, organise files, and edit to rough/final cuts
  
  
• Handle graphics, sound, grading, and other post-production elements
  
  
• Use Play Sports Network’s camera, lighting, and editing kit responsibly
  
  
• Support publishing, uploading and promotion of content when required
  
  
• Occasionally contribute to social media posts or channel scheduling
  
  

🛠️ Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

• Fluent/native French speaker with good spoken/written English
  
  
• At least 2 years’ experience in video production (studio or freelance)
  
  
• Confident in camera work, lighting, and sound capture
  
  
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools
  
  
• Comfortable filming on location and managing shoots independently and with other video creators
  
  
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to technical detail

• Driving licence, moto filming and proficiency on a bicycle.
  
  

Bonus Points For:

• A genuine passion for cycling (road, gravel, mountain bike, etc.)
  
  
• Experience working with motion graphics or colour grading
  
  
• Familiarity with YouTube and digital/social video formats
