The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with excellent hands-on recruitment skills to recruit for our global talent as we continue to grow. In partnership with the CEO and leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality and diverse talent in the most time and cost-effective way possible. This role will be reporting to the Group Head of HR and is an excellent opportunity for a driven recruitment professional who enjoys the level of autonomy and job satisfaction found in a standalone but interesting and varied role.
Duties and responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for end to end recruiting across the businesses and in different countries including but not limited to the UK, Spain and Gibraltar and responsibilities will include;
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand requirements, source and deliver high calibre candidates for all levels of roles.
- Proactively seek potential candidates using different sourcing channels for direct recruitment without the need for agencies: including direct approach, headhunting, referrals, social media platforms, job boards, trade shows, and more.
- Develop and use a combination of recruiting tools and techniques to build and engage networks, assess, and hire top-of-class talent.
- Provide interview guidelines and advice to Hiring Managers, including facilitating interview training when needed.
- Assess candidate suitability with regards to skills and fit for the business area.
- Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.
- Research markets and peer organisations and provide Hiring Managers with market data and recommendations to support key recruiting decisions.
- Build a pipeline of passive candidates for key roles including actively networking to find suitable high-level candidates.
- Take up detailed references and background checks.
- Identify areas for continual process improvement and own the associated project tasks.
- Brief and manage agencies when needed.
Experience Required
- Background of agency and/or ‘in- house’ international recruitment management.
- Experience developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Experience in recruiting to a variety of roles across multiple businesses and functions.
- Experience leading on direct sourcing solutions.
- Familiarity with dealing with multiple laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Knowledge of search and direct hiring.
- Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Hands on experience and used to working on own initiative and in a stand-alone role.
