HVAC Sales Representative Compensation/Benefits:

Expect to earn $85K - $200K in commissions based on your work ethic and selling skills in your first year – more if you are capable! Earning potential is uncapped.

We are growing our sales team in Southwest New Jersey by adding experienced and motivated individuals who share our ideals and drive to be the best. The individuals we are looking for must be competitive, hardworking, responsible, and committed. Experience within the HVAC industry is preferred. HVAC Sales Representative Requirements:

· 3+ years in-home selling experience preferably in HVAC

· Corporate experience a plus

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Computer skills – MS Office, database management, etc.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License

· Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur)
