ESS, Inc has an opportunity for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator
to join our fun and fast paced, growing team and expanding business. The Coordinator will be responsible the coordination and logistics of recruiting, onboarding and engagement of talents. This role will day to day support of ESS’s full cycle, volume recruitment and hiring. Will complete other HR related project and administrative tasks as assigned.
The Recruiting Coordinator maintains position descriptions and job postings, conducts initial applicant review, and coordinates schedules and communication between candidates and the hiring team. As new hires are identified, the Talent Experience Coordinator helps foster success through effective and engaging new hire integration. This includes the coordinating pre-hire processes and communication, new hire paperwork, and partnership with hiring managers through initial orientationPrimary Responsibilities
Interview Logistics: Coordinate and provide logistical support to schedule phone screens and interviews including travel and communication with candidates and hiring managers. Responsible for candidate expense management and reimbursement processing.
Requisition Administration: Create and post requisitions
Onboarding Processing: Process and track to ensure completion of pre-employment requirements from launch hire to Day 1. Communicate, coordinate and schedule New Hire Orientation with various departments / locations to ensure a successful onboarding /engagement experience. Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of HR and recruiting or employee communications experience to the role. With a wide range of responsibilities, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and can successfully manage shifting priorities. Communications skills are key to success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word, along with skills in managing applicant tracking and job posting websites, will be crucial to success. The successful Recruiting Coordinator is highly curious and enjoys coming up with creative approaches to find and engage talent. A stellar service orientation and developed sense of fun, paired with a professional sense of compassion and confidentiality for difficult situations, are crucial to success in this role.Qualifications
