The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region is looking for a Site Manager to lead one of each of our dynamic elementary age after school programs for the 2025-26 school year— bringing together creativity, structure, and heart to empower young people every single day.

What You’ll Do:

As a Site Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our school-based after school program. You’ll manage a team of staff and volunteers, design engaging academic and enrichment activities, and build strong partnerships with families, school staff, and the community.

Specifically:  
  • Leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality youth programs
  • Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and department budgets.
  • Coordinating daily operations, enrichment activities, and family events
  • Develop, coordinate, and oversee a variety of evidence-based programs that align with the Boys & Girls Club and school goals. Ensure programming covers key areas like Language/Literacy, STEM, Arts, Social-Emotional Learning, and more.
  • Act as a liaison with families, the community, and school staff. Build strong relationships with school personnel, recruit program participants, and host monthly family events.
  • Supporting students’ academic success, emotional wellness, and positive behavior
  • Ensuring compliance with grants, data tracking, and program goals
  • Fostering a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed environment

What You Bring:

You're a natural leader, a relationship-builder, and you’re passionate about youth development. You know how to juggle multiple priorities and keep a team aligned, motivated, and thriving.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of experience in education, youth work, counseling, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading or supervising teams
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn, operate and adapt to new systems and technology
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
  • Able to work afternoon to early evening hours

Preferred:

  • Bilingual
  • 1+ year of staff management experience
  • Skilled in de-escalation and emotional regulation

Position Start Date:  July 21, 2025 
Schedule:
  Full-time, M-F; to ensure program stability and an optimum Club member experience, this position requires a minimum time commitment of one full academic year (August 1st-June 30th).

- Green Bay: 10:00-6:00pm (Academic Year); 9:00am-5:00pm; (Summer/Non-School Days)

Pay:  $44,000 per year and up, based on qualifications   **Green Bay location After School Program Site Managers do not report to work when schools are off for summer break (4 weeks from approximately end of June to end of July depending on the year).  For this reason, Site Managers are paid on an 11-month (24 paycheck) calendar.
