Join Our Team as a Site Lead for After-School Programs!

Are you passionate about youth development and ready to make a lasting impact in your community? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Lead to help drive the success of our after-school program!

As a Site Lead, you’ll partner closely with the Site Manager to ensure that our after-school site operates smoothly, safely, and effectively. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality programs, ensuring the safety and supervision of participants, and leading a team of motivated staff members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Supervise: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that program activities meet our standards and that participants are safe, engaged, and accounted for.
  • Staff Coordination: Manage and mentor after-school staff, ensuring they deliver enriching activities and provide top-notch supervision.
  • Program Implementation: Facilitate the transition from school to after-school activities, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
  • Facility & Resource Management: Keep our site running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Parent & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and community members, promoting our program and growing enrollment.
  • Team Support: Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new staff members, ensuring our team is well-prepared and supported.

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with children and knowledge of youth development strategies.
  • Skills: Ability to motivate youth, manage behavior, and implement quality programs in a safe environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with youth, parents, and the public effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Technical Savvy: Competency with computers, office equipment, and relevant software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the after-school program.

Schedule: Part-time (5 days/week): Monday-Friday, 1:30-6:00pm (4 days/week required, 5 days/week preferred). 

Pay:  $16.00-19.00 per hour, based on experience.
