We’re looking for a dynamic, youth-focused leader to join our team and create life-changing experiences for 6th–12th grade students. As the Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens), you’ll lead innovative, engaging programs that combine education, arts, tech, wellness, and youth development. You'll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for teens to explore who they are and who they want to become.

Schedule: Full-Time (32-35 hours per week) – School Year: Mondays – Thursdays – 1:30p-8:00pm and Fridays- 1:30-6pm. Adjusted hours in the summer and on non-school days
Pay: $16.00/hour and up, based on experience for the position. Earn additional pay within the first year upon completion of our Youth Development Professional training series.
