What You’ll Do:

Your ability to connect with people and businesses will help fuel programs and opportunities that empower young people to reach their full potential.

 Build Partnerships That Matter

• Cultivate relationships with local businesses, corporate partners, individual donors, and community leaders.
• Solicit corporate sponsorships and individual gifts to advance our mission.
• Identify new giving opportunities and grow existing partnerships through renewals and multi-year commitments.
• Create meaningful donor experiences through personalized communication, recognition, and stewardship.
• Represent the organization at networking events, chamber functions, and community gatherings.

 Make Fundraising Events More Impactful

• Lead sponsorship outreach and fulfillment for fundraising events, campaigns, and special initiatives.
• Collaborate with our Development, Marketing, and Events teams to create compelling sponsorship opportunities.
• Ensure sponsors receive the recognition and benefits they've been promised.
• Help deliver memorable donor and sponsor experiences before, during, and after events.
• Support event planning, logistics, and on-site execution when needed.

 Be Part of a Team With Purpose

• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen donor relationships and fundraising results.
• Support donor tours, presentations, volunteer engagement, and stewardship activities.
• Track donor activity, communicate results, and help identify new ways to grow philanthropic support.
• Pitch in wherever needed to support our Clubs, fundraising efforts, and community impact.

What We’re Looking For:

 A relationship-builder who enjoys meeting new people, developing connections, and asking others to invest in something meaningful. You're organized, proactive, and motivated by results—but you also understand that fundraising is about more than dollars. It's about trust, gratitude, and lasting relationships.

 You bring:

• An associate degree in communications, marketing, sales, or a related field and/or 1–2 years of relevant sales or fundraising experience.
• Comfort with fundraising, soliciting donations, and developing sponsorship relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative, flexible, and self-starting approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with donor CRM systems.
• A willingness to travel throughout Green Bay, Door County, and Shawano and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Bonus points: A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in sales, fundraising, corporate sponsorships, or individual giving.

Schedule: Full-time/M-F, 8:00- 5:00pm.  Some evenings required for events. 

Pay Range:  $48,000 - $60,000

Compensation will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position, with greater experience considered in determining starting pay.
