Join our Partner Services team!  We’re looking for an organized, entry level, part time assistant that’s friendly, self-motivated and dependable to join Access Partners.

This position will receive inbound requests, pull product samples from our sample room, pack them up and ship them out daily.  It’s a critical role within our customer service / Partner Services department.  Your work will be appreciated every day by our stakeholders who genuinely value the work provided this team.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing sample requests
• Keep the samples desk organized and stocked
• Greet visitors and answer basic questions
• Support the Office Manager with light administrative tasks
• Follow standard checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly upkeep

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, spreadsheets)
• Strong communication skills
• Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• No prior experience required, training provided

Schedule:  20 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8am – 12:30pm

Tuesday 8am – 5pm
