Professional Services Associate

PayFactors is looking for a Professional Services Associate to partner with and assist our clients with data configuration/product user interface initiatives within our proprietary compensation point solution (“SaaS” model).  The Associate will play a key role in the collection, formatting, and data exchange of our clients’ organizational, survey, and market-pricing databases.  The right individual for this role will be detail oriented and comfortable balancing multiple projects. Additionally, the individual must be proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel. Requirements/Skills:

  • 0-3 Years Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
  • Proficient working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel
  • Compensation or HRIS knowledge a plus
  • Basic understanding of how relational databases work
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients while leading project based tasks
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets
  • Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
  • Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
  • Boston area based

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with and assist our clients with initial data configuration and product user interface within the PayFactors application
  • Provide ongoing support (e.g., customer inquiries, data refreshes, product training, etc.) to our clients
  • Collaborate with Product Management function with ongoing project work
  • Develop standard processes and procedures to scale ongoing data tasks
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues related to software application
