UI/UX DESIGNER

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Agile/SCRUM experience
• Experience using wireframing tools
• Experience designing enterprise B2B applications
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
• Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
• Boston-area based - No sponsorship or relocation available at this time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Translating user behavior and research into actionable data including usability testing
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development to design and create mockups and user journeys
• Help guide the Product Management and Development team on UI/UX best practices in an effort to improve overall team instincts
