About Qubic

Qubic is pioneering AI technology by integrating its Layer 1 Useful Proof of Work (uPoW) network with an open-source AI framework. This robust platform supports feeless transactions and features high-speed smart contracts, capable of processing up to 55 million transfers per second, underpinned by a quorum-based consensus mechanism. Qubic Core Services 

Governance at Qubic is structured around our Qubic Core Services (QCS), a body elected by the “Quorum” who form the backbone of our network's security. Qubic Core Services is tasked with the responsibility of streamlining activities that enhance Qubic's growth and uphold our mission to pioneer in the blockchain and AI domains. As a new member of our team, you will have the opportunity to join this committee, contributing directly to the strategic direction of Qubic and the fulfillment of our visionary goals.


About the role

We are a growth stage crypto project– looking for someone who is a builder and achiever. People who feel comfortable working their way in an environment that is ever-changing to drive impact. As an Ecosystem Business Developer at Qubic, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our ecosystem by fostering strategic partnerships, onboarding key stakeholders, and facilitating business opportunities within the crypto and blockchain space. You will work closely with internal teams to align ecosystem initiatives with Qubic's long-term goals.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with developers, miners, exchanges, projects, and enterprises to grow the Qubic ecosystem.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract new ecosystem participants, including developers, DeFi protocols, and infrastructure providers. Provide support to onboarding projects and guide them through the onboarding process by teaching them the basic functionalities of Qubic.
  • PR: represent Qubic on events, podcasts and X Spaces.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the blockchain and AGI space.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment of ecosystem strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze ecosystem growth, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development within the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry.
  • You are doxxed and ready to represent Qubic across different channels.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, token economies, and decentralized applications.
  • It is desirable to have a technical background, the ability to quickly understand software concepts, and the skills to analyze requirements and solution feasibility.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills within the crypto space.
  • Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with projects, exchanges, and enterprise clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for decentralized technologies and an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the space.
