About Qubic

Qubic is pioneering AI technology by integrating its Layer 1 Useful Proof of Work (uPoW) network with an open-source AI framework. Qubic Core Services Committee

Governance at Qubic is structured around our Qubic Core Services (QCS), a body elected by the “Quorum” who form the backbone of our network's security. Qubic Core Services is tasked with the responsibility of streamlining activities that enhance Qubic's growth and uphold our mission to pioneer in the blockchain and AI domains. As a new member of our team, you will have the opportunity to join this committee, contributing directly to the strategic direction of Qubic and the fulfillment of our visionary goals.


About the role

We are a growth stage crypto project– looking for someone who is a builder and achiever. People who feel comfortable working their way in an environment that is ever-changing to drive impact. 

The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing Qubic’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and community engagement across channels. You will lead a crypto native marketing team, manage multiple-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborate across the Qubic ecosystem to support newly launched crypto projects with their GTM strategy. You will play a key-role in defining Qubic’s narrative and metrics to our positioning towards users, partners and investors. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, identify market opportunities, and monitor trends. 
  • Brand Management: Implement brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels. 
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Lead growth marketing efforts, optimize channels, and analyze performance. 
  • GTM Strategy Development: Develop and lead the execution of Qubic’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy while supporting the Qubic ecosystem.
  • Content Strategy: Develop content to engage target audiences and collaborate with stakeholders. 
  • Community Engagement: Grow community presence and build relationships within the blockchain community. 
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. 
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Pursue partnerships to expand reach and influence. 
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and track financial performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership role within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies, PR strategies and campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • You are doxxed and ready to represent Qubic across different channels.
  • Strong understanding of L1 blockchain projects and the processes required to take a crypto project to the next level.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Addressable, Spindle, Hootsuite, etc.).
