Roles

  • These are office-based positions - San Francisco or Austin candidates only.
  • Strategic Account Executive: $135-140 base, 300 OTE, $1.5 million quota.
  • Enterprise Account Executive: $100 base, 250K OTE, $1 million quota.
  • Mid-Market Account Executive: $85 base, 190K OTE, $600k quota.
  • Must have recent start-up experience, and it would be great if you had early-career big-company experience (Salesforce, Oracle, ADP, CareerBuilder) first.
  • You have 5+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
  • Must be ready to smile and dial. They’re investing heavily in lead-gen and demand-gen, but for now this is a heavy prospecting role.
  • Low-travel role – only 10% to 20% for the Enterprise/Strategic role … they have closed many large deals by phone/webinar. Smart travel only.
