- Responsible for all the financial activities for entities in India, Mauritius and USA.
- Calculation of GST payable, filing of GST returns, Reconciliation of GST returns
- MIS- LLC consolidation
- March and December closing and preparation of financials
- Handling Income tax cases, Handling Sales tax cases
- Coordination with Auditor for audit of financials and tax consultant GST, ITR, Tax audit, TP audit
- Advance tax calculation
- Fee costing of services provided by the organization and other adhoc reports / calculations/ valuations/ certificates etc.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Should be based out of Noida preferably.
