• Handling end to end logistics and improving quality of logistics.
• On-boarding standard logistics vendors such as Rivigo, Blackbuck, Lynk, GATI and similar companies across India, for both intracity and intercity transport.
• Coordinating between transport companies and the client. Transport companies can be Rivigo, Blackbuck, Lynk, GATI etc.
• Implementing packaging standards across all  vendors so that the packaging is inline with the transporters. 
• Preparing and ensuring accuracy in the trip sheet.
• Resolving the issues in the day to day logistics. 
• Resolving all transport vendors grievances and retaining them in the system.
