Custodian of HR Operations / Data + handling payroll (in future)

  1. Migration of data from various HR portals used today
    2. Configuration of all policies in HR Portal
    3. Execution of all HR Policies in the Portal
    4. Handling complete life cycle on HR platform -
    a. Pre-joining
    b. joining
    c. All joining documents
    d. KRA Set up
    e. Confirmation Process
    f. Attendance
    g. Leaves
    h.  Salary Inputs for all joinees
    i. Mid-Year Reviews
    j. Change in Reporting
    h. Reward and Recognition
    i. Employee Reports
    j. Employee Data Analytics
    k. Performance Management configuration
    l. Exits / Clearances
    m. All Employee related letters - appointment / confirmation / salary revisions / promotions etc
    n. Payroll
