ResponsibilitiesResponsibile for developing North and Central Region for Lithum Batteries B to B Sales
New Customer development- Assess local and regional market conditions and identify new and prospective Clients operating in Electric vehicles (2 and 3 wheelers), Solar IPP, Solar Home Appliances, Solar uitlity like street lighting and electronics.
Develop orders and sales in assigned markets and territory
Price bids and sales contracts
Sales and distribution mgt - Effective Market coverage strategy Develop Dealers, Multi-Channel Marketing
Team Management -Leadership skills,Team player, ability to delegate and build a cohesive team, Result oriented
Goal/Target setting for the team
