BuyerSight leverages AI and the latest outbound expertise to build a high-quality pipeline for sales teams. Outbound has changed dramatically over the last few years, and response rates continue to decline. We built BuyerSight to solve that challenge. BuyerSight is an entirely new way to generate high-quality sales meetings that combine humans and AI. We use outbound experts for what humans do best, such as crafting the message sequence, and AI for what computers do best, such as researching prospects and personalizing at scale. BuyerSight is more than an agency, we are taking a technology-first and product-centered approach to solving outbound. What you will be doing

You will be getting in at the ground level of a fast-growing startup, experiencing what it means to build business technology and processes while planning for scale. You will need to wear multiple hats (AI prompt optimization, data analysis, outbound copywriting, tool management, project management, etc.) and switch between them frequently. As a GTM (go-to-market) Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and owning the systems and campaigns we use to get prospective customers for BuyerSight’s partners. You will need to write generative AI prompts, manage AI-based tools, and leverage multiple business technologies. You will be reporting directly to the founder CEO to help solve challenges for our partners. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the GTM (go-to-market) operations for BuyerSight customers
  • Write outbound copy that converts to interested responses
  • Write AI prompts to personalize and optimize campaigns at scale
  • Coordinate with engineers and data analysts on AI models and automation
  • Design and run experiments to optimize copy and conversions 
  • Interpret the data of ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements
  • Document learnings and maintain a knowledge database
  • Analyze results and create outcome reports for customers showcasing our results  
  • Stay on top of the latest in outbound copywriting and generative AI prompt optimization

What you will bring

  • Extensive experience writing and optimizing outbound sales campaigns using Clay
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Excel and data analysis skills
  • Software sales experience with a strong track record of opening deals
  • Experience with generative AI and prompt writing
  • Experience with the latest outbound sales software (for example, Smartlead, Instantly, Mailreef, Hypertide, Superwave) 
  • Data scraping proficiency and ability to understand how to build workflows using multiple data sources (e.g. Google Maps, Apify, Serper, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices is a plus
