SHIFT Active Media is looking for a Paid Media Manager to deliver high-performing digital advertising campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting cycling and active lifestyle brands.
You’ll be a key part of our Media Planning & Buying team, taking ownership of the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This role suits someone who enjoys working close to the platforms, cares deeply about performance, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment.
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, managing and improving campaigns that drive real impact – from ecommerce growth and product launches to brand awareness and audience development. You’ll combine strong platform knowledge with analytical thinking, using data to inform decisions and continuously refine performance.
