iVote is a leading software development company that specializes in developing e-learning solutions,  interactive SCORM courses, election modernization technologies, web applications, advance web-portals and e-commerce services.  Our Epistum E-Learning Management System and a number of induction training interactive е-courses have been implemented within numerous governmental institutions and corporations.

We are looking for an E-Learning Course Creator

You will create engaging learning designs: provide visually stimulating, innovative and interactive e-learning content for a range of departments in different industries and subjects, all with very different training requirements.

We would expect you to support all aspects of e-learning course design and development including working with subject matter experts to help produce storyboard through to building the content and deploying on our own Learning Management System.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Coming up with creative ideas for designing and developing awesome interactive courses and programs based on provided content;
• Ensuring the content being appropriately matched to instructional objectives and desired performance outcomes;
• Using authoring tools to construct e-courses and programs;
• Organizing and writing learning plans and e- learning content;
• Following newest e-learning methodologies and best practices; Gamification, Micro-Learning, etc.
• Using the Learning Management System and all of it's admin features;
• Establishing strong collaborative relationships with business partners;
• Collaborating with clients and providing consultation to subject experts and helping them to explore learning possibilities;
• Facilitating content and quality assurance reviews to enhance or modify existing learning programs;
• Staying organized and paying attention to details.
  
  
• Advantage have candidates with previous experience in any of the following:
  e-course creation, using Lectora, Articulate 360, or H5P;
  video editing or animated video creation;
  graphic design or Front End Development;
