iVote is a software company specializing in e-learning systems, election modernization technologies, web applications and e-commerce services. iVote has provided IT solutions and integrated systems to governments, academia, NGOs and businesses in USA, Europe, Central Asia and Latin America. 

We have an opening for the position of Sales Development Representative in the e-learning systems department.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


-Work closely with management on growth strategies and opportunities on the market

- Reach out to potential new clients through cold-calling

- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service

-Contacting existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

- Setting up meetings with the prospective clients

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client 

- Working towards achieving the sales target

- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and needs

- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels

- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results

- Take feedback from customers and share it with internal teams

- Maintaining great relationship with clients

- Learn from leading professionals

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

- Minimum 6 month sales cold calling experience

- Sales experience for SaaS is considered an advantage. 

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Excellent communication skills, clear and confident voice and a friendly rapport with customers

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations to both small or large groups online

- Confidence with data and using the insight to increase sales

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload.
