We have an opening for the position of Digital Marketing Executive at iVote.
iVote is a software company specializing in e-learning systems, election modernization technologies, web applications and e-commerce services. iVote has provided IT solutions and integrated systems to governments, academia, NGOs and businesses in USA, Europe, Central Asia and Latin America.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
- Working closely with other team members and Executives
- Website and social media platform content update and content writing
- Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience
- Conducting pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
- Managing production and performance of multimedia content
- Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
- Monitoring budgets
- Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performancе
- Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write and proofread copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, similar field or Certification for Digital Marketing
- Above 2 year of relevant experience
- Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Creativity, writing and design skills
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills
- IT skills, including social media and video editing.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Experience with Digital Marketing for SaaS will be considered big advantage for the role
