We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst/Project Coordinator who combines strong analytical abilities with practical project management skills. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, helping define business needs, manage project deliverables, and ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities. The incumbent will be involved in analyzing business processes, supporting change initiatives, coordinating project implementations from requirements through delivery, and ensuring that outcomes are consistent, measurable, and of high-quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. 
  1. Professional Experience 
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis or project delivery roles, including exposure to project coordination or management activities.
  • Proven experience working in digital transformation, ICT projects, or similar multi-stakeholder environments.
  1. General Skills 
  • Strong knowledge of business process modelling, requirements management, change management and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and relational databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organization and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOOK, or Waterfall) will be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken). Slavic languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, or Croatian) will be considered an asset.
  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, use-cases and process maps.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, risks/issues tracking, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose process improvements, system enhancements, and optimization of business workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain documentation, change management support, training materials and transition plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business change and project implementation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Location: Skopje
Working hours: flexible working schedule, with a start time between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
Type of contract: Full-time
