As a Senior Store Manager, you will take the lead in delivering structured training programmes, ensuring managers build the skills, confidence, and capability they need to run high‑performing stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence store standards, strengthen leadership capability, and make a meaningful impact across our business.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run knowledge checks, assessments and complete final sign‑offs for new managers.
  • Provide targeted interventions for existing managers with development needs.

 Coach & Inspire Store Managers

  • Act as a mentor, offering regular feedback and guidance throughout probation and beyond.
  • Run weekly Teams calls and workshops, supporting managers with systems, processes, and retail operations (ROPs).
  • Identify knowledge gaps and put tailored development plans in place.

 Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure training content aligns with company policy, compliance expectations, and retail operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Support the rollout of new systems and processes across the store estate.
  • Collaborate & Innovate
  • Partner with the Head of Operations and wider leadership teams to continuously improve our management development approach.
  • Share insights from the shop floor to help shape future training content and store initiatives.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in retail leadership, ideally as a high‑performing Store Manager.
  • A natural coach with excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in running structured training and delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to track progression and maintain accurate records.
  • Passion for developing talent and improving retail standards across multiple locations.
  • Strong retail standards when it comes to all store aspects.
  • A Senior Store Manager will be flexible and be prepared to spend days / nights away from home store.
  • A process and systems expert.

 What You’ll Gain

  • A highly influential role shaping the capability of our Store Manager population.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with senior stakeholders across retail operations.
  • The chance to build a culture of excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • A role where your leadership will directly impact store performance and colleague development.
