Position- Lead Firmware Engineer

Reprting to- Head of Hardware Engineering

Team size- 3

10+ years of solid engineering experience in the development of hardware intensive, real time,

concurrent and high quality firmware and applications for embedded systems.

Experienced on Bluetooth Controller Firmware Development for Bluetooth (Classic and BLE).

Extensively worked on Digital Baseband RF Driver for the same and other Bluetooth layers.

Experience with wearable Audio products like TWS / Earbuds.

Excellent C programming skills with in-depth knowledge of operating system.

Experience with custom hardware.

Rich hands on experience in the integration of AV codecs like AAC, G711, H.264, MPEG4 and

JPEG.

Worked on low power wireless communication protocol like Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) and

Jennic (for IoT)

Knowledge of C++, data structures, linux development tool chain for various platforms, streaming

protocols like RTP/RTSP, HLS and various container formats like MP4 and ASF.

Worked with various development tools like CCS, IAR, Keil, Source Insight, Visual Studio and

debugging tools like GDB, Valgrind, Memtest, JTAG, CRO.

Worked on various communication protocols like I2C, I2S, SPI, UART, SDIO, DMA and McASP.

Integration of sensors Body Temperature and other peripherals like 6-axis, Capacitive touch,

Humidity sensor, Ambient Light Sensor(ALS) etc.

Development of low power battery operated devices.

Hands-on experience with FreeRTOS and FatFs.
