Role Overview
As an Aviation Advisor within our Sales Team, you will serve high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and commercial clients, acting as their trusted consultant for private aviation needs. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth.
We are looking for a highly organised, confident, and personable professional with proven experience in the private aviation industry. Additional language skills are highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, personal assistants, and influencers who arrange private jet travel.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 high-value or strategic accounts.
- Deeply understand each client's unique needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Perform new client onboarding, including Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and rapid resolution of any issues with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular client meetings (in-person and virtual) to strengthen relationships.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities with our Lifestyle department.
Business Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and achieve growth targets.
- Proactively spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and others) to align efforts and maximise resources.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies and recommend improvements.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Sales & Negotiation
- Handle client charter enquiries from initial request through to successful completion.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet personal and team sales/revenue targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of broking and negotiation success in the private aviation sector.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in CRM systems (experience with Zoho preferred) and other sales tools.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
- Prior experience in the private aviation industry is essential.
- Additional language skills are a significant advantage.
