Job purpose

This position works closely with applicants and hiring managers across all business functions. will be responsible for providing a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting the needs of the business throughout the recruitment process and helping to secure the best talent to bring our Talabeyah forward.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ability to conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations and clarify processes.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sourcing methods to build a pipeline of passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, social media, local networks, employee referrals and other sources
  • Identify top internal and external talent for open positions
  • Act as a brand ambassador while interacting with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Schedule and conduct phone screens, face to face interviews or video interviews as necessary
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with all candidate activity for accuracy, reporting and follow up.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·       Previous recruiting experience required.

·       Workday HRIS and applicant tracking systems experience appreciated.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs- Outlook and Teams is a plus.

·       Solid knowledge of government regulations relating to recruiting and employment.
