Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:
- Meet revenue numbers through individual targets
- Only hot leads (leads that have already taken Trial Class) are shared and they need to be converted
into Sales
- Deep understanding of Sales is required, and the candidate should be able to build the right plans from
concept to execution. We are looking for Sales conversion experts
- To deliver 2.5 Crore revenue by selling live online classes (~ 1000 enrollments) over 12
months.
- The role is an Individual Contribution (IC), the role will be 100% IC where you would be required to
do individual sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch
- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
- 2.5 to 8 years of Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in a b2c or b2bStartup)
- Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
Outcomes Expected:
- Deliver 2.5Crore revenue in 12 months
- Q1: 25L, Q2: 50L, Q3: 75L & Q4: 1Cr
- Generate 1000 enrollments for Live Online Classes with average ticket size as 25k per
enrollment
- Should be accountable for month on month / quarter on quarter target achievement
- Individually contribute towards target achievement through individual b2csales
- Motivate & work with the team to achieve the revenue targets
