As one of Germany’s fastest-growing startups, Talon.One is expanding our operations to the United States. This remote role will be our first US-based Sales Development Representative, joining our North American General Manager to expand our presence in North America.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

 

  • Identifying and researching potential target customers and company profiles
  • Manage various prospecting channels to target and gain the interest of potential customers
  • Provide research within targeted accounts to identify contacts, important account information, and relevant promotional use cases prior to contact approaches
  • Set up qualified demos for our account executives
  • Learn and express good knowledge of our product and its relation to the customers’ marketing stack and technical setup
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications to move opportunities into our sales funnel
  • Take part in trade show/conference/event planning for lead generation and sales
  • Maintain and update CRM data

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Exceptional communication and social skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to be strategic as well as hands-on
  • Previous experience in B2B software or technology sales is a plus
  • Previous experiences in eCommerce or B2C marketing is a plus
  • University degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
  • Curious, creative thinker and open-minded character with a passion for technology
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or C2 level) German is a plus!
