As a full-time/Part-time carer, you would be working on a permanent round, enabling you to build amazing relationships with your service users. We will also offer you guaranteed hours and PAID travel time! We also offer bank contracts to suit those looking to work care around other commitments.

We are one of the very few care providers to offer paid travel time, meaning you will be paid for all of your driving between calls.

We offer:

  • £11.25ph for week day calls & £12.50ph for weekend calls – increased rates on bank holidays.
  • PAID travel time of £9.50ph plus mileage of 40p per mile.
  • 2 weekly rolling rota

Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

  • Fully paid training and shadowing
  • Part time hours 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm – Full time hours 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm.
  • Free DBS & Uniform
  • Support & development from our well-being team.

You will be supporting your service users with:

  • Medication
  • Nutrition & Hydration
  • Companionship
  • Personal Care
  • Light housework
