As the Learning Delivery Executive, B2B, you will be responsible for successfully managing the end-to-end operational delivery of CIPD Learning’s digital, blended and face-to-face solutions and “Accredited Programmes”. This includes liaising with Learning Design Teams to scope operational delivery requirements, scheduling online virtual classrooms and webinars, blended and face-to-face events, facilitating the provision of learning resources, supporting learners and encouraging learning feedback. In the B2B setting the Learning Delivery Executive ensures that the learning service provided to commercial clients, and where appropriate in supporting international learning, has an excellent ‘customer-first’ approach, enhances CIPD’s professional reputation and supports its profitability.
